D2B is seeking a Lending Associate for the AU market, offering 100% remote work under an Independent Contractor Agreement. The role focuses on preparing loan submissions, supporting brokers, and maintaining accurate client and loan records.

Responsibilities include reviewing financial documents, tracking applications from submission to settlement, and communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders during the process. Prior Australian lending experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting lending or mortgage processes.
• Ability to review financial documents and extract key details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organization and time-management across multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lending submission notes and supporting docs for broker review.
• Enter and maintain client, financial, and loan data in CRM and platforms.
• Package and submit loan applications with required documents.
• Provide proactive updates to clients and coordinate with brokers and lenders.
