• Proven legal recruitment experience required.
• Experience with recruitment CRMs, ideally JobAdder.
• Confident with Boolean searches and screening candidates.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Comfort with GPT and AI tools.
• Comfort with recurring processes, daily targets and high database activity.
• Discretion and integrity when handling candidate and client information.

Responsabilidades

• JobAdder coding: Accurately code candidates, clients and jobs across Legal and Accounting.
• Account management: Run outreach and hit the daily targets and KPIs set for the account.
• Database cleansing: Clean up historical client and candidate data.
• Boolean sourcing: Run Boolean searches, then sift and sort candidates, particularly for legal roles.
• Recruitment admin: Send interview information to candidates and clients, format resumes, and create job tiles.
• Business development: Build BD lists for reverse marketing, review job boards, and feed live opportunities to consultants with details pre-populated in JobAdder.
• Marketing and AI support: Manage the GPT based on posts and support email marketing setup using ROI-AI.
