This is a remote, long-term position from India with training provided. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR tasks, and executive career coaching, contributing to client needs and candidate success while developing professional skills

Qualifications

• Entry-level to junior experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Word skills for CV formatting and editing.
• Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle recruiter.
• Your own laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
