Job summary

Staff Outsource Solutions is hiring a Paralegal to support our U.S.-based legal clients in a fully remote role from the Philippines. You will handle legal research, drafting, and administrative tasks to help attorneys manage cases efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Law/Legal Management, has at least 2 years of paralegal experience (U.S. law preferred), and demonstrates excellent English communication and proficiency with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience (U.S. law preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Prepare case summaries and assist in trial preparations
• Organize and maintain client files and case management systems
• Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties professionally and promptly
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal teams
