Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to join our IP & Operations team. You will manage workflows, data, and reporting tied to intellectual property and legal processes, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and automation.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders across time zones to improve technology adoption, reporting, and process improvements, while supporting automation initiatives and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in operations, legal support, finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools and technology.
• IP knowledge preferred in related contexts.

Responsibilities

• Process and track outside counsel and vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Produce recurring monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports.
• Monitor system workflows and resolve data or processing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate data across legal systems and reporting tools.
• Generate operational metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to support core legal operations workflows.
• Document processes and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Support automation and AI-related initiatives through testing, documentation, deployment, and process enhancement.
