You will monitor performance metrics, collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams, and contribute to automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize legal operations by improving workflows, processes, and service delivery.
- Administer, maintain, and enhance legal technology platforms, systems, and tools used by the Legal function.
- Develop, configure, and maintain legal templates, intake processes, workflows, and system documentation.
- Monitor legal operations through reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to support legal initiatives and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead or support process improvement, automation, and legal transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on legal systems, tools, and best practices.
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of legal technology solutions and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, system records, and operational procedures while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational standards.
- Participate in project management activities, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts supporting the Legal Shared Services function.
