Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Senior OTC Analyst – Lease Operations to support the end-to-end lease contract lifecycle within the Order-to-Cash organization. You will ensure accurate contract activation, maintenance, billing, and closeout activities, delivering billing integrity and reliable revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years in Lease Administration or related roles.
• Strong Order-to-Cash knowledge and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Process lease contract activations, modifications, renewals, and closeout.
• Review contracts and audit packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage contract maintenance, pricing updates, billing adjustments.
• Process refinancing, buyouts, prepayments, end-of-term activities.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, billing issues, system exceptions.
• Perform reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Support internal controls and audit requirements.
