Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Data Analytics or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, or related roles.
• Experience with SQL querying, database management, and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases to support reporting.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using statistical methods.
• Present findings and recommendations through reports and visualizations.
• Partner with stakeholders and tech teams to define reporting requirements and analytics initiatives.
• Perform data validation, audits, and root cause analysis to ensure data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting through automation and process improvement.
• Support reporting platforms, user access management, governance, and incident resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation, specifications, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve reporting capabilities.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles
• Experience with SQL querying, database management, and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
