Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Global Analytics Operations Lead to guide a team of Data Analysts and Report Analysts in delivering accurate, timely business intelligence that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will mentor analytics professionals, collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders, and promote automation and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence and improve reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading analytics, reporting, or BI teams.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Analysts and Report Analysts to meet objectives and KPIs.
• Define reporting requirements and analytics initiatives with stakeholders.
• Monitor scorecards, productivity, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop innovative analytics solutions with Data Engineers.
