Job summary

Xerox Philippines seeks a Senior OTC Analyst – Lease Operations to own end-to-end lease contract lifecycle within Order-to-Cash, ensuring accurate activations, maintenance, billing, and closeout. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations, applying strong Excel and analytical skills to drive process improvements in a global leasing environment.

This role emphasizes compliance, internal controls, and timely financial reporting while supporting revenue recognition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; finance-related disciplines preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Lease Administration, Contract Management, Accounts Receivable or related functions.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial applications.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail in a high-volume transactional environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process lease contract activations, modifications, renewals, and closeout transactions.
• Review and validate contract documentation, audit packages, and financial requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage contract maintenance: pricing updates, billing adjustments, extensions and add-ons.
• Process lease refinancing, buyouts, prepayments, and end-of-term activities.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, billing issues, and system exceptions.
• Perform reconciliations, reporting, and analysis to support accuracy.
• Execute financial adjustments such as reversals, waivers, and tax corrections.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and others to improve processes.
• Support compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and procedures.
