Valgorithm is seeking a warm, patient Legal Intake Virtual Assistant to join our US employment law practice from the Philippines. You will answer inbound calls, document client stories in intake forms, and write clear summaries for the legal team.

This fully remote role requires excellent English, 1+ year of phone-based experience, strong empathy, and discretion. You will work with the CEO and VA Manager, participate in onboarding, and support remote operations with adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Excellent English, both spoken and listening comprehension.
• 1+ years in a phone-based, client-facing role.
• Experience in a legal setting preferred.
• Strong empathy and patience.
• Calm, professional presence on the phone.
• Clear, organized writing for case summaries and daily reports.
• Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Reliable and self-directed in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls warmly and professionally.
• Listen carefully and make callers feel heard and respected, without giving legal advice.
• Complete intake forms accurately per guidelines.
• Write clear, well-organized summaries for the legal team.
• Handle follow-up calls and outbound outreach as assigned.
• Flag urgent cases promptly to the legal team.
• Communicate clearly with attorneys and staff.
• Support light admin tasks when calls are slow.
• Follow SOPs, attendance, time tracking, and daily reporting.
• Join team meetings and share feedback.
• Collaborate with CEO and VA Manager to improve service quality.
