VirtueStaff LLC is seeking an ambitious Legal Intake & Sales Specialist to act as the link between prospective clients and the law firm. You will manage inbound calls, conduct intake interviews, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into retained clients.

In this role you will combine strong customer service, receptionist experience, and consultative sales to schedule consultations, present firm services, and log all interactions in the CRM with precision. English communication must be excellent.

Qualificações

• Prior intake experience in a legal practice.
• Strong sales background with consultative selling.
• Experience in receptionist/front desk roles with high-volume calls.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound client calls professionally.
• Conduct intake interviews to screen potential clients.
• Explain legal services and guide to consultation or retainer.
• Schedule consultations with legal staff and send retainer agreements.
• Follow up with leads to improve conversions.
• Log data in CRM and maintain case notes.
