Job summary

Attorney Assistant LLC is seeking a confident Intake Specialist – Closer to support a U.S.-based law firm by turning qualified prospective clients into signed cases. This role is remote for candidates based in the Philippines, requiring proactive engagement and careful qualification of leads from first contact.

You will guide conversations toward a signed retainer, handle objections with empathy, and maintain accurate CRM records while meeting performance targets and client needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative sales, inbound sales, appointment conversion, or high-volume phone-based closing.
• Demonstrated success converting inbound leads into paying clients, signed agreements, or completed sales.
• Experience handling objections and following up with prospects who did not commit on the first call.
• Familiarity with CRMs, lead management systems, call tracking, and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound calls and leads, and take the lead in every conversation from the first minute.
• Build rapport fast, ask thoughtful qualifying questions, and listen for what matters most to the prospective client.
• Guide qualified leads toward signing a retainer by clearly explaining next steps and confidently asking for the business.
• Address objections and hesitation with empathy, and create appropriate urgency without pressure.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who did not commit during the first conversation.
• Support callers who may be stressed, injured, frustrated, or uncertain, while still moving each call to a clear next step.
• Document every interaction accurately and promptly in the CRM or lead management system.
• Track and own personal performance against conversion, response-time, and follow-up targets.
