Job summary

Unknown Immigration Firm seeks an Immigration Intake Specialist to manage prospective clients from first contact through handoff to the legal team. You will conduct intake interviews, gather comprehensive history, and prepare detailed intake summaries for attorney review.

You will schedule consultations, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records to prevent any lead from slipping through the cracks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal intake, U.S. immigration law, or a comparable high-volume professional client-intake environment.
• Strong experience handling telephone-based client intake.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle New Lead Response: respond promptly to inquiries via calls, forms, email, text, referrals, and social sources.
• Conduct Immigration Intake Interviews: gather detailed history and documents for attorney review.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys.
• Lead Follow-Up: maintain pipeline and re-engage undecided prospects.
• CRM & Docketwise Management: accurate data entry and up-to-date lead statuses.
• Consultation Preparation: verify intake information, organize documents, and prep intake summaries.
• Post-Consultation Follow-Up: track disposition and escalation as needed.
• Retention & Handoff: ensure engagement agreements and PSAs are issued and handed off smoothly.
• Referral Management: document sources and nurture references.
• Client Service Standards: professional communication and adherence to SOPs.
