L'EVATE Inc. is seeking a highly responsive Client Intake & Client Success Specialist to support a fast-growing Canadian law firm. This part-time, remote role requires delivering a professional client experience and managing intake workflows during North American hours.

You will handle inquiries, qualify prospects, schedule consultations, and maintain meticulous records while collaborating with the legal team to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client intake, customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable managing high volumes of inquiries and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM, lead management, scheduling, and other online systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new client inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Conduct intake calls and gather relevant information from prospective clients.
• Screen and qualify inquiries based on established criteria and workflows.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps.
• Follow up with prospective clients to prevent qualified opportunities from going cold.
• Prepare client agreements and intake documentation accurately.
• Track outstanding documents and signatures through completion.
• Maintain accurate notes in the lead/client management system.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to internal team members.
• Provide a professional, compassionate client experience.
• Support client satisfaction initiatives, including online reviews.
