Emapta Philippines is hiring a Reception & Client Services Support Officer to strengthen client confidence and connect enquiries with the right expertise. This permanent remote role offers day shifts and weekends off, with a focus on professional communication and data handling.

You will support the legal services client by managing calls, messages, and appointments, while upholding confidentiality and using standard procedures to direct inquiries to the appropriate team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in reception or client service.
• Clear and professional spoken and written English.
• Accurate message-taking, data entry, and diary management.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow scripts and escalation procedures.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Teams and basic practice management systems.
• Independent work and collaboration with onshore teams.
• Availability to work Australian business hours.
• Reliable internet and private workspace

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and direct to the right team.
• Record messages with complete contact and matter details.
• Update client details in the practice management system.
• Escalate urgent or complex enquiries as required.
• Book, confirm and reschedule client appointments.
• Monitor calendars and send invitations and reminders.
• Respond to enquiries by phone or email with professional courtesy.
