Emapta is seeking a Client Service Officer to support Australian financial planning, accounting, and wealth management clients from the Philippines. You will assist advisers across reviews, insurance, superannuation, and implementation while gaining international exposure and advancing your financial services career.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning administration or client services support.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Australian financial planning rules and regulations.
• Basic understanding of Australian financial planning strategies.
• Experience with XPlan, desirable but not required.
• Commitment to staying updated on compliance changes.
• Commitment to continuously improving financial planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Conduct insurance and superannuation research.
• Liaise with third-party product providers.
