Job summary

School Of Virtual Assistance (SOVA) is seeking a highly organized Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to support our Leasing, Marketing, and Property Management teams. This remote role handles lead management, leasing administration, marketing coordination, reporting, and market research to help reduce vacancy rates and improve leasing performance.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting a U.S. Property Management company, is comfortable with reports and leasing platforms, and communicates

Qualifications

Exceptional English communication skills, written and verbal.
Experience supporting a U.S. Property Management company.
Hands-on experience with property management software: AppFolio, Apartments.com, Zillow, ShowMojo.
Strong experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Organize and track all leasing inquiries.
Maintain centralized leasing lead tracker and communications.
Prepare lead activity summaries and conversion reports.
Prepare weekly leasing activity reports.
Track lead sources and conversion metrics.
Monitor response times and follow-up performance.
Compile prospective tenant feedback and market observations.
Prepare recurring reports for Property Managers and owners.
Maintain leasing and marketing spreadsheets and dashboards.
Coordinate administrative requests between Leasing, Marketing, and Property Management teams.
Identify processes and tasks that can be automated.
