Job summary

School Of Virtual Assistance (SOVA) is seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support digital marketing efforts in the professional services sector. The role focuses on content creation, campaign management, and marketing tool usage to boost online visibility.

You will design visuals, manage social media, run email and SMS campaigns, assist with SEO and GMB, update WordPress/WebFlow sites, and track performance to deliver insightful reports. Remote, USD pay.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience; bonus for legal or professional services.
• Graphic design skills with Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and basic SEO.
• Experience managing projects and reporting on marketing performance.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create and design visuals and videos using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Pro.
• Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage email and SMS campaigns via Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Instantly.
• Support SEO and Google Business Profile optimization with Ahrefs/Surfer SEO.
• Update and maintain website content on WordPress or WebFlow.
• Track performance metrics and prepare marketing reports.
• Manage workflows and communications using HubSpot, Aloware, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
