Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• At least 2 years in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Experience in wholesale distribution is preferred.
• Ability to manage leads through the full sales cycle.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and market research.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, potential, and fit with offerings.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and sales databases.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and manage progression through funnel.
