Responsibilities include running outreach, coordinating mastermind groups, creating content, and handling light admin tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong writer, and comfortable working independently from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or community building.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Slack, Canva, Thrive, and QuickBooks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Background in content writing and digital marketing.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Applicants must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally eligible to work here.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Community Growth: identify, connect, and engage with potential leads; execute outreach campaigns; monitor performance.
• CRM Management: maintain and optimize client records and interactions; streamline workflows.
• Group Coordination: coordinate mastermind groups; manage scheduling and outreach.
• Content Creation: draft blog posts, email campaigns, promotional content; design materials.
• Administrative Support: manage team communication via Slack; scheduling, inbox, and basic bookkeeping.
