Job summary

The Destination Channel is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to fill our sales calendar with highly qualified leads. You will own the top of the funnel end to end: finding prospects, starting conversations, qualifying them against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), booking them on calls with our sales team, and making sure they actually show up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in lead generation, appointment setting or SDR roles.
• Proven track record of booking qualified sales calls.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with cold email tools like Instantly.
• Familiarity with Close and Monday.com CRM.
• Highly responsive and organized, able to overlap US business hours.
• Hospitality, Airbnb or vacation rentals experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate a steady pipeline of highly qualified leads across vacation rental owners, Airbnb Superhosts, property managers, hotels, resorts, tourism boards and destination brands.
• Test new lead sources, track results, and share learnings with the team.
• Vet every lead against ICP before booking.
• Run personalized outreach across channels, especially email and SMS.
• Write and refine outreach scripts, templates and follow-up sequences.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (target within 15 minutes during working hours).
• Keep CRM accurate and up to date: log leads, stages, conversations and next steps.
