Job summary
Genius Marketing Agency is a remote, fast-growing marketing team seeking a motivated Community Outreach Specialist. You will engage with local business owners across Facebook groups, social communities, and online platforms, initiating conversations and identifying clients who need marketing services.
Daily posting, monitoring posts, responding to inquiries, and sending outreach messages using scripts will be core duties.
Qualifications
- Experience with Facebook groups or online community engagement.
- Daily outreach messages and following a structured workflow.
- Responding to comments and starting conversations.
- Daily check-ins and reporting.
- Reliable internet and a working computer.
- Follow scripts and use basic tools (Facebook, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Post daily in multiple Facebook groups.
- Monitor community posts and reply to inquiries.
- Send outreach messages using provided scripts.
- Book qualified appointments into calendar.
