BrightPath Talent Co. is recruiting for an Account Manager - LATAM to enhance their digital presence. In this role, you will convert leads into funded clients, exceed KPIs, and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has forex sales experience, knowledge of trading platforms, and a degree in economics or finance. This position offers a base salary plus commission and allows for 100% remote work, fostering a collaborative culture.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of forex sales experience.
• Experience with MetaTrader 4 and 5 trading platforms.
• Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis of financial markets.

Responsabilidades

• Convert leads into active, funded clients through effective communication and personalized support.
• Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention targets.
• Build strong client relationships by providing market insights and tailored solutions.
• Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on client activity, performance metrics, and lead status.
• Stay updated on Forex market trends and communicate relevant updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
