Job summary

STARTRADER is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop strategic partnerships with affiliates, influencers and KOLs while expanding the client base. The role is based in the Philippines with remote work options and a full-time commitment.

You will identify growth opportunities, manage partner relations, and contribute to marketing initiatives. The position requires forex sales experience, strong English and additional European language skills, and solid project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in finance, business or related field.
• At least 6-month experience in customer support or sales in forex.
• Industry or recent graduate with excellent academic performance in finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a second European language.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills and excellent team player.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored partnerships initiatives to drive growth across products.
• Identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, Influencers and KOLs.
• Propose and implement partnership recruitment and retention strategies.
• Act as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers and KOLs.
• Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and well managed.
• Adopt a proactive approach to grow clients base through client referrals and networking.
• Actively follow upon leads via client referrals and networking.
• Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns as directed by manager.
• Assist on client behaviour.
