Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an Account Officer for Forex in Makati City. This client-facing role focuses on growing an assigned portfolio, uncovering new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced forex environment.

You will present forex products, negotiate FX pricing, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with operations, treasury, and compliance teams. A strong banking or financial services background and excellent relationship skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in banking or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident negotiator with ability to close deals.
• Customer-focused with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Comfortable with numbers and pricing movements.
• Organized and detail-oriented; manage multiple accounts.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements in financial transactions.
• Team player who works across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow assigned client accounts to increase volume and revenue.
• Identify, approach, and develop new leads and opportunities.
• Present forex products clearly and negotiate FX pricing.
• Ensure transactions meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, treasury, and compliance for service delivery.
• Provide product training to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of leads, accounts, and transactions.
• Prepare sales updates for management.
• Monitor account performance and flag risks early.
