Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Forex Account Officer to drive growth by managing sales for assigned accounts and generating new business opportunities. You will present and sell forex products, negotiate pricing within guidelines, book client orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a positive, compliant customer experience for every transaction.

The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, two years of sales experience in banking or related field,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• At least two years of sales experience in the banking industry or a related field.
• Experience in account management, client acquisition, relationship management, or financial product sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and business development initiatives for assigned client accounts.
• Generate leads and identify opportunities to acquire new clients and expand the existing customer portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present, promote, and sell the Company's foreign exchange products and services based on client requirements.
• Provide clients with foreign exchange pricing and negotiate rates within established Company guidelines and approved parameters.
• Book and process client orders accurately and coordinate the timely execution of transactions.
• Monitor client requirements and provide appropriate assistance throughout the sales and transaction process.
• Ensure all transactions and client activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, client interactions, transactions, and account developments.
• Monitor sales performance and progress against assigned targets.
• Provide timely and professional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct product presentations and training to ensure clients have a clear understanding of the Company's products and services.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to facilitate transactions and ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Support other sales and account management activities as required by the business.
