Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
At least 2 years of sales experience in the banking industry or a related field.

Responsibilities

Account & Sales Management: Manage sales activities for assigned accounts.
Present and promote company products to clients.
Negotiate FX pricing and facilitate order bookings.
Monitor and track sales activities.
Business Development: Generate leads and identify opportunities to support account growth.
Follow up with prospective clients and develop new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide quality customer service and address client concerns.
Assist clients with product- and account-related requirements.
Compliance & Order Processing: Ensure sales and account activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
Handle FX pricing and order bookings accurately and efficiently.
Product Training & Coordination: Conduct product training as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth and efficient service delivery.
