Job summary

STARTRADER is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Philippines (Remote) to drive strategic partnerships, affiliates, and influencers to expand our global footprint.

You will build pipelines, implement recruitment and retention strategies, and coordinate with marketing for events and campaigns while nurturing client relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in finance, business or related field.
• At least 6 months experience in customer support or sales in forex.
• Excellent written and verbal English and a second European language.
• Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored partnerships initiatives to drive growth across products.
• Identify opportunities and build a prospect pipeline of new affiliates, influencers and KOLs.
• Propose and implement partnership recruitment and retention strategies.
• Act as the initial point of contact for partnership escalations, managing relationships with affiliates, influencers and KOLs.
• Ensure allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and well managed.
• Adopt a proactive approach to grow client base through referrals and networking.
• Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns as directed by manager.
• Assist on client behaviour.
