CO Careers is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to join the accounts receivable team. The role involves handling invoices, collections, and maintaining accurate client records, with emphasis on timely processing and confidentiality.

The position is work-from-home with a Philippine-based employer and opportunities to engage in audits and cash management. Ideal candidates will have AR experience, strong math and communication skills, and a drive for process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Issue invoices and record gross profit to keep billing up to date.
• Resolve outstanding payments and send collection statements.
• Update client account information and records.
• Assist with audits and check for discrepancies in financial accounts.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and aging; apply credits/collections.
• Handle daily cash management and post cash to AR sub-ledger.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to collect payments.
• Prepare analyses and ratios to track collection progress.
• Support other accounting and finance team members.
• Reconcile payments and customer accounts to optimize transactions.
