Responsabilités

• Posting incoming payments and ensuring correct posting to intercompany accounts.
• Posting the correct counter departments for intercompany invoices.
• Checking customers' orders to be invoiced and ensuring content of invoices is correct.
• Sending invoice copies with necessary documents to customers/suppliers.
• Preparing and sending AR-related reports to the business controller.
• Preparing and sending statements of accounts/reminders to customers/suppliers.
• Communicating with customers/suppliers regarding follow-ups and queries.
• Processing customer refunds of payments and reconciling AR ledger.
• Assisting during audits and performing related tasks as needed.
