Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Data Entry Specialist to support the Accounting team in a Work-From-Home setup. The role focuses on high-volume data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records within our accounting systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with spreadsheets and financial systems, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting and Accounting. This position does not own the full AR process.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry experience.
• At least 2 years of data entry experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable concepts (training provided).
• Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite or similar is a plus).
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic Excel skills (data entry, sorting, basic formulas).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer invoices into the accounting system accurately and timely.
• Maintain customer records, including new customer setup and updates.
• Upload and apply customer payments in the system based on remittance documentation.
• Perform daily cash application data entry.
• Assist in generating accounts receivable reports for review by senior accounting staff.
• Organize and maintain documentation for invoices, payments, and customer correspondence.
• Identify and flag discrepancies for review by the Staff Accountant.
• Support collections process by preparing standard reminder notices (as directed).
• Assist with compiling supporting documentation for audits.
• Provide general administrative and transactional support to the Accounting team.
• Assist with month-end support tasks such as pulling reports and organizing backup documentation
