Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to join the accounts receivable team. This role operates on a work-from-home setup with a 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT shift, supporting invoices, collections, and AR maintenance.

The successful candidate will handle daily cash postings, client records, audits support, and AR analytics to aid management decisions while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills.

• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Experience in accounts receivable.
• Experience in driving process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices and record gross profit promptly.
• Resolve outstanding payments and send collection statements.
• Update client account information and records.
• Assist with audits and check for discrepancies.
• Maintain AR aging, credits, and uncollectible amounts.
• Record daily cash deposits and post to AR sub-ledger.
• Contact clients by phone, email, and mail to collect.
• Prepare AR analyses for management.
• Support other accounting team members.
• Perform payment reconciliations and optimize transactions.
• Communicate discrepancies to sales and monitor slow payers.
