Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support billing and routine credit control from a work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will issue invoices, monitor billing, and respond to routine customer queries, while maintaining AR records in Acumatica under supervision.

Ideal candidates have basic accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and spoken English. The role offers growth within a global finance team and a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office procedures, data entry and basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and customer service.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Check sales orders, PO references, pricing and information before invoicing.
• Monitor orders awaiting billing and follow up missing information.
• Assist with customer credit notes, rebilling and corrections.
• Maintain customer account information in Acumatica.
• Respond to routine billing queries and escalate complex issues.
