Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior AR Associate for a work-from-home night shift in the Philippines. You will manage day-to-day accounts receivable, apply payments, monitor aging, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Finance; CPA is a plus. Strong Excel and AR-system experience (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and familiarity with payment gateways, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field preferred.
• CPA license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR operations.
• Apply incoming customer payments to invoices (cash application).
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections.
• Prepare AR aging reports and summaries for management.
• Manage AR for ecommerce and marketplace channels.
• Reach out to customers daily regarding orders and invoices.
• Generate pro forma invoices and send payment links.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations on disputed charges.
• Support month-end close activities.
