Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty in the Philippines seeks a Junior Accountant (AP/AR) to support day-to-day transactional finance operations for UK and international sales. You will handle supplier and customer invoicing, cash book management across GBP and USD, and assist with month-end close under the Senior Accountant.

This role emphasizes accuracy, high-volume processing, and collaboration with a UK-based team during UK business hours.

Formación

• Solid transactional accounting experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash book management, and reconciliations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate remotely with a UK-based team.
• Exposure to month-end closing activities and audit preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices in the ERP system, ensure correct coding and matching.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and reconcile cash receipts.
• Maintain cash book and bank reconciliations across GBP and USD multi-currency operations.
• Assist with routine month-end journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process employee expense claims and support VAT data extraction for returns.
