Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Junior Account Manager for our Branded Merchandise team to support Senior Account Managers, manage orders, and coordinate with suppliers. You’ll prepare samples and presentations, ensure accuracy, and help projects run on time in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or project coordination, familiarity with NetSuite/SAGE, and strong English communication. This role offers permanent remote work with US EST alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, account coordination, or project coordination.
• Strong English communication, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and track client orders from request to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, verify inventory and production timelines.
• Provide project updates and maintain accurate records in NetSuite/Drive.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communications.
