Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Account Manager to join our client services team serving US-based clients. This full-time role focuses on managing an existing book of business, coordinating custom apparel orders from initiation to completion, and ensuring timelines and quality.

Ideal candidates are excellent communicators in English, organized, able to multitask across accounts, and proactive in solving issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in Account Manager, Client Services, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or similar role.
• Promotional products or apparel industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing client accounts and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate custom apparel orders from initiation through completion while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding order updates, timelines, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays, risks, or bottlenecks.
• Resolve client concerns and operational challenges with professionalism and urgency.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support account growth.
• Maintain accurate records, project notes, and communication updates.
• Assist with order tracking, status updates, and workflow coordination.
• Utilize systems and collaboration tools to support account management activities.
• Support ad hoc operational or client service projects as assigned.
