Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home Based Sales Administrator to support the US-based client services team. This full-time role emphasizes accurate lead qualification, travel coordination, EA duties, and data management from a remote setup.

The candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and a strong communicator in English. Ideal for individuals with 1–3 years in customer service or admin roles, capable of learning new systems like HubSpot and Google/Microsoft tools, and comfortable working CST USA

Qualifications

College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-3 years of Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative Assistant, or related roles.
Proficient with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft & Google suites.

Responsibilities

Qualify potential leads by conducting thorough online research and evaluating fit based on criteria.
Review and analyze about 100 companies weekly to identify qualified prospects.
Provide verified leads to support sales and client acquisition efforts.
Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and logistics.
Coordinate and manage calendars for efficient scheduling and timely communication.
Perform general Executive Assistant duties: meeting prep, correspondence, and admin support.
Create, update, and maintain databases and spreadsheets for accurate information.
Provide ad hoc support and special projects as assigned.
