Job summary

DCX Client Services in the Philippines is hiring a full-time Home-Based Account Coordinator to support US-based clients. You will respond to inquiries, share pricing and features, prepare quotes and proposals, and document all order-related activities across systems.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, strong English, and the ability to work US hours with MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency. Company equipment provided and a permanent WFH setup are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing or Account Coordination.
• Very proficient in written and spoken English.
• Able to work US hours and handle many emails daily.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product details.
• Provide pricing, features, and availability information.
• Create proposals, quotes and opportunities for clients.
• Prepare sales presentations and compile data for reports.
• Document order activities across systems and keep records updated.
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and issues.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound emails.
• Deliver general day-to-day customer service for clients and vendors.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
