Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative Assistant, or related roles.
• Ability to learn company-specific systems and office management processes.

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential leads by researching online, reviewing websites, and assessing fit against criteria.
• Review and analyze ~100 companies weekly to identify qualified prospects.
• Provide verified leads to support sales and client acquisition.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Manage calendars for efficient scheduling and communication.
• Perform general Executive Assistant duties including meeting prep and correspondence.
• Create and maintain databases and records for accurate information management.
• Provide ad hoc support and special projects as needed.
