DCX Client Services (DCX) is seeking a Home-Based Sales Assistant to support sales operations for a US time-zone aligned role. You will manage pricing, proposals, and order coordination while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and account managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide product pricing, features, and availability information.
• Create proposals, quotes, and sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and formats.
• Document order-related activities in systems and follow up with suppliers.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Handle high volume of inbound/outbound emails.
• Deliver general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to sales operations.
