Job summary

Tahche Outsourcing is seeking an IT Technician to provide daily remote IT support for multiple clients across industries. The role includes troubleshooting desktop, network, and server issues, configuring basic firewall/switch settings, and managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Work-from-home with a US shift on a full-time basis.

You will handle tickets, document actions, and contribute to internal knowledge bases, delivering responsive and reliable service to clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS X troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, networking, VPNs, and desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite IT support for multiple clients across diverse industries.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of desktop, network, and server environments.
• Support basic configurations for firewalls, switches, and servers.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, mailbox setup, password resets, and Teams management.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, wireless setups, and minor internet outages.
• Set up and troubleshoot VPN clients (SSLVPN, NetExtender, PPTP).
• Handle desktop application issues and updates on Windows and Mac OS X.
• Document procedures, time spent, and follow-up actions with the Service Coordinator.
• Contribute to knowledge base and internal documentation processes.
