Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions seeks a Technician II to deliver remote IT support, handle system updates, and perform hands-on troubleshooting for clients worldwide.

You will work in a fast‑growing team, resolve Windows/Mac issues, and support MSP customers while maintaining ITS service standards. This full‑time role requires 40 hours weekly, with PST business hours and after‑hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Minimum two years in Helpdesk or similar role.
• Proficient in MS 365, Office Apps, AD, backup software, endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation OS issues with minimal assistance.
• Address printer issues and line-of-business apps with vendor support.
• Handle basic server and network issues; assist with deployments.
