Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support specialist to manage Windows/M365 administration, AD, VOIP, and remote troubleshooting from a home-based setup. The role requires 3+ years in a similar environment, strong networking, and the ability to resolve complex desktop and cloud-related issues promptly.

Shift aligns with Pacific Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PH). Candidates should be comfortable supporting users across multiple platforms and performing onboarding/offboarding

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in IT support, Level 2 scope.
• Proficient Windows desktop support and patching.
• M365 administration tasks: create users, MFA, licenses, mailbox delegation.
• Active Directory and Group Policy management knowledge.
• Strong firewall and networking experience.
• Experience with VOIP solutions like 3CX or RingCentral.
• Basic Azure knowledge; familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with Apple administration in Windows environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle/Clear alerts from BMS board and related monitoring.
• Customer onboarding and offboarding requests.
• Troubleshoot software issues: Adobe, MFA, OneDrive sync, etc.
• Printer troubleshooting.
• Basic network troubleshooting.
• Phone/PBX support: setup hardware, password resets.
• Active Directory user/password management.
• Basic computer hardware troubleshooting.
• OpenVPN troubleshooting.
• Multi-monitor setup and fixes.
• Outlook issues: large mailbox or delegated mailboxes.
