Job summary

RemoteVA PH is hiring a Remote IT Support Technician to join our MSP service desk. You will be the first point of contact for client end users, handling technical issues in a ticket-driven environment and focusing on Microsoft environments, networking, and remote management tools.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent English communication. Work is remote with a Monday–Friday schedule and EST hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years IT Help Desk or IT Support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments, networking, and remote management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in a ticket-based support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot Windows, M365, Azure, and networking issues.
• Manage and prioritize tickets through ConnectWise PSA.
• Perform remote device monitoring and maintenance using ConnectWise RMM.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and Azure user management.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain ticket notes.
