Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a Help Desk Support to provide technical assistance to internal and external clients from a home-based setup. The role involves following established processes, troubleshooting Windows desktop OS and applications, and maintaining ticket records.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a help desk environment, strong customer service, and the ability to work nights in Manila time.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with focus on quality.
• Proficient in Windows Desktop 10 operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting support of hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Assist end users with virus/malware issues and educate on secure IT practices.
• Provide phone and remote desktop support to customers.
• Create and update tickets and respond to outages or incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Plan and execute patch updates or software upgrades as required.
• Provide end-user training on applications or OS fundamentals.
• Manage user accounts and access using standard procedures.
