GoTeam is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer – IT/Technology to drive candidate sourcing and coordination for a specialized IT staffing client. You will ensure a compliant, high-quality pipeline and support delivery standards across the recruitment lifecycle.

The role allows full remote work from anywhere in the Philippines with a day shift (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and offers a pathway to free AI certification and career growth within a structured environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1.5–2 years IT recruitment experience.
Experience sourcing permanent and/or contract IT roles.
Strong understanding of technology environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment databases/CRM systems.
Ability to conduct structured interviews and manage high-volume environments.
Willingness to work day shift, remote, anywhere in the Philippines.
