Hyremote LLC is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide remote assistance for general users and VIP clients across multiple industries. You will troubleshoot AD, DNS, and Microsoft 365, manage Windows Servers, provisioning, and ticketing workflows, while ensuring secure, reliable access and productivity.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and collaborative teamwork in a 100% work-from-home setup with a Fri-Tue schedule and EST hours.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• MSP experience preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and networking concepts (LAN/WAN/VPN)

Mansioni

• Provide IT support via voice and chat for general users and VIP clients.
• Troubleshoot issues involving Helpdesk, AD, and DNS.
• Manage Windows Servers and track requests in ConnectWise or similar system.
• Handle user provisioning and access control, app installations.
• Set up printers and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Recover files from local or cloud storage.
• Respond to compromised email accounts and assist security recovery.
• Configure drive mapping and manage shared resources access.
• Diagnose site-wide Wi‑Fi outages and network issues.
