Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing Microsoft technologies (Windows, Microsoft 365).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server-related services and AD/GPOs.
• Experience with network fundamentals, firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi.
• Comfortable with remote access tools (RDP, RemoteApps) and documentation creation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line IT support ensuring client technology runs smoothly.
• Own client communication, manage expectations, and ensure positive outcomes.
• Manage ticket queues, prioritize tasks, and handle escalations calmly.
• Contribute to a knowledge base and create clear internal documentation.
